Getting you pre-approved for a mortgage BEFORE you start making offers on houses can help you save time, looking only at homes that are within your reach, and increase the chances of your offer being accepted, even in multiple offer situations (even against similar cash offers). To get you started it will be helpful, though not required, if you would please take the following steps before our meeting:
  1. Fill an online application on my website – just click the Big Red Easy Button! This should only take you about 15-20 minutes to complete (if you need help, call me, or we can schedule a video conference, and I will walk you through the process). Don’t worry about filling information about your car, life insurance, debts, or anything else you’re not sure about. We can always fill in any gaps later.
  2. Opt-out of pre-screened credit offers. Every time your credit gets pulled, many lenders will PAY the credit bureaus to get your information and bombard you with irrelevant offers. To avoid this, click here: https://www.optoutprescreen.com/ use the Electronic Opt-Out for 5 years option.
  3. It’s a bug that is being worked on, but do let me know if it’s still happening.
