Application

To start the Residential Mortgage Loan Application process using a secure online application, please follow these instructions:

1. Click the Big Red Easy Button below to access the loan portal

   

2. If you are using this page for the first time, simply choose the option and create a new account.
   
3. If you need a Spanish Language Loan Application, just check the box at the top right corner of the page!
   
4. After the account is created, you should receive an email asking you to verify your email address, after which you will be prompted to Log In, and may be prompted to also enter a security code sent to your cell phone.
5. Click “Start a New Loan Application” to begin the process, which should only take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
   
6. If you already have an account, simply Log In and continue your application, complete To-Do items, or upload documents throughout the process. If it’s been a while, you may need to use the “Forgot Password” link. You can always switch between the different options using the links at the bottom of each dialog box.
   
7. If you are interested in a Reverse Mortgage or Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HCME), please contact me before you start the application.

If for any reason you cannot complete the online application, a paper option is available, or you can schedule a phone or video conference and I will help you through it.
