To start the Residential Mortgage Loan Application process using a secure online application, please follow these instructions:
- Click the Big Red Easy Button below to access the loan portal or (even better), scan the QR code to download my Mobile App:
- Start by selecting “Refinance” or “Purchase”
- Depending on the type of loan you select, you may have a few additional selections to make, but this should direct you to a page where you can set up your account and begin the actual application process.
- If you already have an account, simply Log In and continue your application, complete To-Do items, or upload documents throughout the process. If it’s been a while, you may need to use the “Forgot Password” link. You can always switch between the different options using the links at the bottom of each dialog box.
- If you are interested in a Reverse Mortgage or Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HCME), please contact me before you start the application.
If for any reason you cannot complete the online application, a paper option is available, or you can schedule a phone or video conference and I will help you through it.
